A full refund of registration fees, less a $30 administrative fee, will be approved if requested in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of payment. No refunds will be granted after the student has completed the first quiz. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel and do not participate, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Professional & Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the course and return all fees. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee.
