Refund/Cancellation Policy

A full refund of registration fees, less a $30 administrative fee, will be approved if requested in writing at jayhawkglobal@ku.edu within 60 days of payment. No refunds will be granted after the student has completed the first quiz. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel and do not participate, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Professional & Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the course and return all fees. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee.

Jayhawk Global does not share, sell, or rent its mailing lists. You have our assurance that any information you provide will be held in confidence by Jayhawk Global.
