Course Registration
Course enrollment is limited and will be accepted in order of receipt complete with payment. Upon registration, a confirmation letter will be emailed to each enrollee.
The Jayhawk Global online registration system makes it easy to find the short course you want and to register online. In addition, it tracks your personal training history and stores your course completion certificates for you to access, view, and print at any time.
Register Online
Sign in to your profile:
- Visit Enrole
- In the left margin, click Create Profile / Sign in
- Enter your email and password
If you cannot recall your password, you can use the “Forgot your password?” option to reset it.
Find your course:
- After signing in, click on Aerospace in the left-hand menu
- Find the course for which you want to register and click on the date/location link
- Scroll down to the very bottom of the page, and click on Add to Cart
- If you have a discount promo code to use, enter it in the box and click on Promo Code to apply the discount to the total due
For example, U.S. Federal Government Employees can enter the code FGVT116 to receive a 10% discount. For available discounts, visit Course Fees & Discounts. - Click Checkout and pay for your course
Register by Mail
- Select a course
- Download and complete the registration form (pdf)
- Complete the form and send it with a check or money order to:

Payment
All fees are payable in U.S. dollars and due upon registration.
Payment by Credit Card
Online registrations must be paid by credit card. KU accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. When you register online you will be prompted for your credit card information. For security reasons, KU cannot accept credit card information via email or regular mail.
Payment by Check or Money Order
Please mail your registration form and a check (personal or company check) or money order in U.S. dollars to the address listed above. Make your check payable to “University of Kansas”. Please reference "Jayhawk Global" on your check. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Payment by Purchase Order or Wire Transfer
Jayhawk Global requires payment upon registration. If your organization requires use of a purchase order before payment is issued or must pay by wire transfer, please contact us at jayhawkglobal@ku.edu. Please note that to receive the Early Registration Discount, full payment is required before the early registration deadline as listed on each course page.
Payment by Cash
Jayhawk Global cannot accept cash payment. You must pay for your class in advance via one of the payment methods listed.
Course History Access
To obtain your certificate of completion after taking a course or to see a full list of courses you have taken, you must first sign in to your Jayhawk Global online registration system profile:
- Visit Enrole
- In the left margin, click Create Profile / Sign in
- Enter your email and password
If you cannot recall your password, you can use the “Forgot your password?” option to reset it. - In the left margin, click on Order History, Past Events, and View Certificate to access, download, and print your course completion certificate.
